1: Marinate the meat with all the ingredients listed above, except for the green chilies.

2: Cover and cook over low to medium heat until the meat is tender and the oil separates.

3: If at any point you need to add water to help cook the meat, feel free to do so but ensure to cook it down until the oil separates.

4: Once the meat is ready, garnish with green chilies and cover the pot so the meat can absorb their flavor, preferably after turning off the stove.

5: Enjoy with rice or paratha.
