2 tsp red pepper flake

soya sauce

3 tbsp soya sauce

tomato ketchup

¼ cup tomato ketchup

rice vinegar

2 tsp rice vinegar

water

onion

Instructions

1: Coat the fish with salt and cornstarch, then fry until golden brown.

2: Set the fish aside.

3: In the same pan, add more oil and the remaining ingredients.

4: Sauté for a few minutes, then cover the pot and cook until the onions and peppers have softened.

5: Return the fish, add a little water, and cook for another 5-6 minutes.

6: Garnish with spring onions and serve with white rice or fried rice.
